    Why do you book an appointment? So you don't waste time and wait while others walk in sit for ,ten minutes and get in before you.i don't live far booked an appointment at 12pm.rang up to make sure the appointment still ok the receptionist told me it's changed to 12,30 so we allowed 10 min early so we came at 12,20 she said have seat and now it's 1,10 she just got called in.
    I HOPE DR RIZK KNOWS THAT.THEY SHOULD SAY NO APPOINTMENTS FIRST IN FIRST SERVED. I'M LUCKY I DON'T USE THAT CENTER.
